Fort Bragg RV Park - RV Park and Campground Open All Seasons - Propane and Fuel Are Low!

The green winter of January 2015 has Fort Bragg, Hidden Pines RV Park travelers and campers excited. Green winter grasses and lush forests of Fort Bragg make a great place to winter. Best fresh forest mushroom season in many years. RV Park and propane are at their best prices too. The RV Park is hidden behind the camp store, 18701 North Highway 1 Fort Bragg, south of both bridges.

The front driveway at the store opens into an RV parking area behind the store plus two large loops so any size RV can tour the park easily without turning around to leave. Blue skies, mild temperatures and gentle breezes add smiles to visitors at their camp fires. Fresh crab with forest mushrooms yum yum. Hidden Pines RV sites are large with WIFI, cable, fire pits, and picnic tables. Fuel prices, propane, and Hidden Pines  RV park rates are all outstanding right now.

Campsites too are open all year including winter. Register daily noon to 5 pm at the camp store or self register after 5pm at the night office behind the store. RV park tours are easy.
Just follow the driveway behind the store then follow the road with two loops. Showers, bathrooms, RV and camp sites are open to look at. Questions or advance purchase by phone are available daily. Be sure to leave your name and phone number if you get the answer machine so we can return your call at our earliest convenience. Guests can enjoy a private sandy beach only 1/4 of a mile from the camp store.

Abalone RV Camping 2013 Fort Bragg California

RV and Camping sites for Red Abalone Divers and Abalone Pickers are now on sale at Hidden Pines Camp Ground in Fort Bragg California.  Call (707) 961-5451 for information. Note also that 2013 abalone has a new twist. "If your abalone card from last year was mailed after Jan. 31, 2013 then you need to check with fish and game in Fort Bragg to see if any restrictions are applied to you. Most divers have reported warnings, myself included, mine was hand delivered in February 2013 and I was told enforcement for the deadline was a new priority. The camping sites look promising this year as spring showers are producing rich green forests and bright colors in the flowers. Wild forest mushrooms are doing well also from the recent showers, extending the season. I took a few photos yesterday here at the camp ground. Please enjoy...

Hidden Pines Campground, Fort Bragg California, August 2012

August 2012, Fort Bragg California, Camping and  RV guests at Hidden Pines Campground... photo fun.

So far in August 2012, the biggest abalone weighed at Hidden Pines Campground, was found by James Heit, who dove for this 5.19 pound abalone. The over all biggest abalone so far in 2012, at Hidden Pines Campground, found in April, weighed 6.7 pounds.
Aiysha dove in August too, she brought up this 4.44 pound Big Red. Back at camp Aiysha and James shared their abalone with other abalone and fish caught by their beloved Marine who evaded my camera, "he caught a 20 + pound wild salmon plus two Ling cod". Their camp ate well.
Spear fishing and abalone on fair seas for Reds, a Cab and Rainbows = father/son smiles. On Labor day they return for some more.
Many dogs enjoy camping.
Our flat sea spoke to me too... I enjoyed a kayak trip with Kim and then dove for this abalone.

May these photos warm your heart and bring many good thoughts. (:o) Enjoy.
